Refund Policy
Our Simple Promise
At Penny Farthing Gifts, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene or safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, face coverings, or perishable items unless they are faulty. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the item back.
Easy Online & Shop Returns
To start a return, simply pop into our shop or email us to begin the process for online orders. If your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs. Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless faulty. If you received a gift, we can offer an exchange for the current selling price. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

We take great care in selecting our gifts, but if something isn't right, we are here to help. All refunds are issued in GBP. Our friendly team is always available via email or in-store to resolve any issues you may have.
