Our humble pledge
At Penny Farthing Gifts, we take great care in packaging your treasures to ensure they arrive safely at your door. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom to ensure the most reliable service possible. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding how we handle your delivery. We aim to keep things simple, fair, and transparent so you can shop with confidence, knowing exactly when and how your gifts will arrive. Fast and Friendly Despatch
We process orders from Tuesday to Saturday. Most items are prepared and sent within 1-2 working days. We offer Standard Delivery for £3.95 (3-5 days) and Tracked Express for £5.95 (1-2 days). Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. If you live locally, you can choose 'Click and Collect' at checkout to pick up your items for free during shop hours. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a confirmation. For tracked services, this email will include a link so you can follow your parcel’s journey through the Royal Mail or our local courier network.
Important Details and Lost Parcels
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender, a small fee may apply to re-ship it. While we strive for perfection, delays can happen during peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of despatch, please contact us at hello@pennyfarthing.co.uk so we can investigate. As we only ship within the UK, you won't need to worry about any hidden customs fees or international import duties.
