Sales, Delivery and Returns
SALES & ORDERS: All purchases through our website are subject to availability. We will confirm your order via email once it has been processed. Prices include VAT where applicable, and we reserve the right to update our product range and pricing at any time. DELIVERY & COLLECTION: We primarily deliver to addresses within the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. If you prefer to collect in person from our shop, please select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. RETURNS & REFUNDS: We want you to love your gifts, but if you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
